NovaCompass · For schools

See every child's strengths, from age 6 to university choice.

We have two assessments: one for children aged 6-11 and one for teenagers aged 12-18. Both work in English and Russian, and your families can start within a few days.

Two assessments

Younger children play, teenagers reflect

Children aged 6-11 spend a few minutes a day with Jelly, a friendly character who leads the game. Teenagers answer after their parent and receive a written profile.

What it gives your school

Parents notice when a school really knows their child

Closer ties with parents

Every family gets a result about their own child. Parents and teachers have something specific to talk about, not only grades.

A clearer picture for your counsellor

A class summary shows which strengths and interests come up most often, so advice on subjects and next steps starts from the children's own answers.

Something real to show at open days

Families choosing a school want to know how it sees each child. This gives you a concrete answer.

How a pilot works

We start small, with one class

01

Choose a class

Tell us which class you have in mind, and we'll match it with the assessment for that age.

02

Families take it at home

Parents get one link and complete it at home, in English or Russian, whenever it suits them.

03

We meet the parents

A 30-minute session to talk parents through the results, and a class summary for your team.

Your staff don't need to do anything extra.

Honestly

Guidance, not a final answer

What it isn't

  • Not an IQ test
  • Not a medical or psychological assessment
  • Not a prescription for one profession

It's a starting point for a conversation in the family, with the child's own voice at the centre. When the answers don't point clearly in one direction, the report says so.

Your data

Everything is stored on Google Cloud, and names are kept separately from the answers.

Every child carries a direction of their own. My work is to read it early, honour it, and help a family shape the path.

Fifteen minutes is enough to plan a pilot

Tell us a little about your school, and we'll suggest which class and which assessment to start with.
